Aluminum Composite Panels Material (ACM) is a three-layer panel made up of two thin, painted aluminum sheets bonded to a polyethylene (PE) core. Light weight, yet druable, ACM panels are rigid and strong. ACP panels are an excellent choice for indoor or outdoor applications that require good dimensional stability with the added benifit of being light weight.
ACM panels is an enhanced PE coating specifically for directly to substrate UV & latex printing. These coateing panel provide enhanced ink adhesion for UV-curing and solvent based inks. The surface of our coated ACM panels provide enhanced ink adhesion for UV-curing and solvent based inks.The polyethylene core of ACP panels do not use unnecessary fillers. Instead, the core is made of a mixture of premium LDPE & HDPE. This allows for a CNC router bit to cut through with ease, ultimately leading to more sheets per router bit.
